Terms and Conditions for Appointment Text Reminders
By enrolling in our chiropractic appointment text reminder service, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:
- Opt-In Consent: By providing your mobile phone number and opting into the appointment reminder service, you consent to receive automated text messages related to your chiropractic appointments, including reminders, confirmations, and rescheduling notices. Consent is not a condition of purchase or treatment.
- Message Frequency: You will receive appointment reminders via text, generally a few days before and on the day of your scheduled appointment. Additional messages may be sent for appointment changes, cancellations, or office updates.
- Standard Messaging Rates: Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier. The chiropractic office is not responsible for any charges from your mobile provider for text messages.
- Opt-Out Instructions: You can opt-out of receiving text messages at any time by replying with the word “STOP” to any appointment reminder text. After opting out, you will no longer receive text reminders, but it will not affect any other communications we may need to send.
- Privacy and Security: We value your privacy and will use your phone number solely for the purpose of appointment reminders and relevant communications. Your number will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law or to fulfill the service.
- Accuracy of Information: It is your responsibility to ensure your contact information, including your phone number, is kept up to date with our office. You may update your contact information by calling our office or logging into your patient portal.
- Message Content: The messages sent will contain reminders of upcoming appointments, changes, cancellations, and potentially other relevant office updates. We are not responsible for any errors in message delivery due to your mobile provider or system-related issues.
- Service Termination: The chiropractic office reserves the right to modify or discontinue the text reminder service at any time without notice. If the service is discontinued, we will attempt to contact you using other methods for appointment reminders.
- Liability Limitation: While we strive to provide timely and accurate reminders, the chiropractic office is not responsible for missed appointments or any consequences resulting from failure to receive or act upon the text reminders.
